Privacy

We keep what we need to run the hub, and we do not keep it longer than we say here.

How long we keep things

• Bookings: 12 months after the booking is completed (confirmed or paid, counted from its end, else its start; cancelled bookings from the cancellation). Then we remove the contact details (name, phone, e-mail) from the booking; the financial records we need for our accounts are kept.
• Sent-mail logs (the record that we sent you an e-mail): 90 days. Then we delete them.
• Your member profile: until you ask us to erase it. You can ask at any time.

Asking us to erase your profile

You can erase your data yourself from your account page, or write to us and we will do it. Erasing your profile does not wait for any of the periods above.
